This is the story,
of Nicky Knight.
A boy so cute -
He set the world alight.

This is Gay,
who loved him more than a brother.
In fact she wanted,
to be his mother.

But it wasn't just Gay,
who felt this way.
Here are two others,
who wished to be mothers.

The feeling was so strong,
that as time went along,
more and more children,
were added to the throng.

|
|
But who was to be dad,
to this lovable lad?
Maybe Redcoat Tom,
could partner his wanna-be mom.

|
|
Or maybe the man,
from Happy Snappy,
could become little Nicky's
new found pappy.
--o--
|
|
This is Colin,
the next auditionee,
who made his plea
on bended knee.
Colin's plea didn't work,
he didn't get his way.
But he did end up,
marrying Redcoat Gay
As for Nicky,
what of his life?
By my calculations,
he's now fifty five.
So - Nicky Knight
